Bacterial&Fungal DNA Extraction and Purification Kit (magnetic Bead Method) [HYM006]

The Bacterial & Fungal DNA Sample Extraction and Purification Kit utilizes unique magnetic beads and a unique buffer system. It can be used for the pre-treatment, separation, and purification of high-quality bacterial/fungal DNA from various types of biological product samples. It is suitable for biological products with complex matrices such as Master Cell Banks, Working Cell Banks, virus seed lots, and high-concentration plasmids.

For sample volumes less than 200 μL, this kit can be used directly for extraction; for volumes exceeding this, the sample can be concentrated by centrifugation to a final volume of approximately 200 μL, after which this kit can be used for DNA extraction and purification.

This kit can be operated manually or used in conjunction with most automated nucleic acid extraction instruments on the market to achieve automated sample processing. The DNA purified using this kit can be used in conjunction with the HyQure Biotech  Bacterial/Fungal DNA Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method).
