Mycoplasma DNA Extraction and Purification Kit (magnetic Bead Method) [HYM001]

The Mycoplasma DNA Sample Extraction and Purification Kit utilizes unique magnetic beads and a unique buffer system. It can be used for the pre-treatment, separation, and purification of high-quality DNA from various types of biological product samples. This includes Master Cell Banks, Working Cell Banks, and virus seed lots. It is also suitable for complex matrix biological products such as high-concentration cells and high-concentration plasmids. This kit is compatible with various matrix buffer solutions, effectively extracting and purifying trace amounts of DNA. The uniquely embedded magnetic beads possess a strong affinity for nucleic acids under specific conditions; when conditions change, the beads release the adsorbed nucleic acids, achieving the goal of rapid separation and purification.

For sample volumes less than 200 μL, this kit can be used directly for extraction; for volumes exceeding this, the sample can be concentrated by centrifugation to a final volume of approximately 200 μL, after which this kit can be used for mycoplasma DNA extraction and purification.

This kit can be operated manually or used in conjunction with most automated nucleic acid extraction instruments on the market to achieve automated sample processing. The DNA purified using this kit can be used in conjunction with the HyQuire Mycoplasma DNA Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method).
