Product Overview

The CHO resDNA Fragment Analysis and Detection Kit employs the TaqMan qPCR method to quantitatively analyse and detect the size distribution of residual CHO host cell DNA fragments in intermediates, semi-finished products, and finished products of various biological products. The kit is specifically designed for this purpose. It incorporates four distinct amplification fragments (<100 bp, 100–200 bp, 200–500 bp,>500bp) to quantitatively detect and analyse the size distribution of residual CHO DNA fragments in samples. When used in conjunction with the Host Cell Residual DNA Sample Nucleic Acids Extraction Kit, it enables accurate, rapid, and specific detection of residual host cell DNA in intermediates, semi-finished products, and finished products of various biological products and pharmaceuticals.
