The CHO resDNA Quantitation Kit employs the TaqMan fluorescent probe qPCR method, utilised in conjunction with the Host Cell Residual DNA Sample Nucleic Acids Extraction Kit. It enables accurate, efficient, and specific quantitative detection of residual CHO cell DNA in intermediates, semi-finished products, and finished products of biologicals such as recombinant proteins, antibodies, and vaccines.
